Michelle graduated from COCC’s Massage Program and obtained her Oregon LMT license in 2016. When I am not working I love exploring the outdoors with my two daughters and my husband.Michelle Mora, LMT, joins Synergy’s massage team specializing in helping clients recover from injuries, maintain an active lifestyle, and manage pain. ![]() I worked at Center For Discovery PHP/IOP for 3 years as the lead dietitian and then began my own practice in 2019 and continued until moving to Oregon. I completed my internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC through Sodexo. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to receive the highest level of care and the best results from their treatment. I received my MS in Nutrition and Dietetics from New York University, where I focused on eating disorders and sports nutrition. Synergy is a different type of physical therapy practice and we are proud of that. Georgias Philosophy I have had the opportunity to work within many different modalities. She brings 20 years of bodywork experience to the practice and believes that there is nothing greater for a healthy life than nurturing the body, mind, spirit connection. I believe in body neutrality and aim to help people develop more positive relationships with their bodies. Born and raised in Bend, OR, Georgia is grateful to have joined the Synergy team in 2023. My main goal is to help people heal their bodies and minds through food. Society and the diet industry have given us so much conflicting information about food and health that most of us don’t understand how to listen to our bodies. I believe food should not be a source of stress. I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for 8 years and have primarily focused on eating disorders and disordered eating in that time. Hi!
